(Please note I will be moving near Footscray soon and will not be at Surrey Hills much longer)
Keeping it simple - I found a love for teaching because as I went through VCE and now University and thought to myself... teachers talk too much. They could be far more concise, direct and, especially with maths, visual.
Most kids won't pay attention to long and verbose rubbish and, like me, probably wish for someone to just cut through the spin.
This is how I like to teach. Get the fundamentals solid, then build from there - at whatever pace you like. Believe me - I've seen the very worst and some of the very best - whatever your level, it matters not.
