I graduated with an ATAR of 99.7 in the IB system. My best subjects were Maths, Physics, Business, Music and French. Currently I about to begin my third year of Undergraduate studies at Melbourne University, completing a bachelor of science with a major in Physics. Alongside I am undertaking additional studies in pure and applied mathematics.
My timetable is very flexible from December to March so if you need a tutor near the CBD area feel free to email me at Jordan.firstname.lastname@example.org
Location: State library or libraries in inner eastern suburbs (Doncaster, Balwyn, Box Hill)
I provide all my students with additional questions, textbook suggestions, notes and other resources which may aid and motivate their study.
I have never met a problem that, with persistence, I could not solve.
Although proficient in teaching advanced students, I take pride in my ability to teach a struggling student and help them to improve their grades. Conceptual understanding is the most important key to success in learning. Therefore, I teach not to encourage rote-learning of formulae and methods, but rather an in-depth understanding of the contents of the course. I can assist with any difficult questions, clarify and explain concepts learnt in class, as well as teach tricks and tips to reduce silly errors and increase success and consequently your study score. I am always available to discuss questions on the phone or via email, so my tutoring service is not just limited to the time spent together.
